Hunters Run is a subdivision being developed by R & R, Inc., 422 N. Kennedy Dr., Bradley, Illinois and is located in the Bradley-Bourbonnais area of Kankakee County, Illinois.  Hunters Run consists of 177 single-family residential homes with future development plans for 204 new single-family home sites.  Presently there are 50 new home sites for sale complete with water, sanitary, and storm sewer. 

The subdivision is within 2 miles of major shopping areas; near several area churches; is part of the St. George Elementary School District #258 and Bradley-Bourbonnais High School District #307.

Hunters Run is located on the north side of Armour Road just 1.5 miles east of Rte 50. The Rte 50 and Armour Rd intersection is the first light south of Exit 315 on I57.  Hunters Run is part of the Village of Bradley, and it is located in the newest residential growth area of the village.

Hunters Run allows the property owner to choose his own builder; design his own floor plan; and buy building materials from whomever he desires.  To maintain the distinctiveness of each home, the seller must approve the home for style and size.  There is no tract housing at Hunters Run, and a number of different builders have built homes within the community.
