Limited Multi-Generational Housing at Hunters Run Subdivision
According to “The Return of the Multi-Generational Family Household” report released on March 18, 2010 by Pew Research Center, the number of Americans living in a multi-generational family household grew by 2.6 million from 2007 to 2008.
Multi-generational households are on the rise due to the economy, longer life spans, and young adults (boomerang kids) moving back home. These households are also referred to as in-law suites, mother-in-law suites, and granny flats.
Hunters Run Subdivision has nine (9) lots that meet the Village of Bradley requirements for multi-generational housing. Seller and bank financing are available.
